Singapore hub – APAC client lead.
Job description
Based in Singapore, the Client Success Manager will oversee relationships across APAC with accounting firms and corporate clients. You will ensure on‑time delivery, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities to expand our footprint. Prior experience in accounting services or FinTech SaaS is desirable.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients in the APAC region, coordinating delivery teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues swiftly.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in client success or account management.
- Experience with accounting firms or FinTech SaaS.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones.
